Very cool little spot downtown Spokane. I had an unsweetened matcha and it was delicious. The interior of the space is welcoming and cozy, with lots of lovely house plants. We walked over from our downtown hotel and it was a great slow start to the day.

Cute little coffee shop inside of Saranac Commons. I had their London Fog, and it was delicious. That whole building has such a cool vibe I would encourage anybody passing through to stop by and check it out!

My Latte was very good. I loved the old building and atmosphere of the place. Price was in line with other coffee shops. If the barista wouldn’t have been curt with me I would have given it five stars.

Absolutely fantastic coffee! Prices are a bit high but hey they made it worth it! Got a caramel latte with oat milk & they absolutely killed it!

We came to Spokane for a weekend getaway and we stopped here twice for coffee. The first time we had a vanilla latte with oat milk & a hot matcha both were very good. The second time we both got the dulce de leche latte and it was the best we’ve ever had. The baristas were super friendly and made us laugh when calling out the drink orders. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

At Hatch Beaker + burr I was impressed with the care and consistency that goes into every cup. It is somewhat rare to find a coffee shop that goes through the process of measuring each dose, tamping it correctly, and pouring every shot with the same consistency. The coffee shop is located in a unique downtown building that has several other shops, including a gift shop, bar, and it looks like a bakery will be opening soon. It’s an open concept, which is nice, because there is a lot of seating, at least in the morning time when I went. However it didn’t have the typical coffee house feel to it which I tend to look for to relax while sipping my coffee.(Comfy seats, tables, fireplace or some kind of relaxing feature, music) Overall, I was very impressed with the product and will go back again when I am back visiting Spokane
